王志和，男，1963年8月生，汉族，内蒙古达茂旗人，硕士，教授，硕士生导师。1981-1985年就读于重庆大学自动化系工业自动化专业，获工学学士学位；1985-1988年就读于重庆大学自动化系控制理论及其应用（控制科学及工程）专业，获得工学硕士学位。现就职于365上市集团官网自动化系。主要研究电力电子系统建模与控制。

Wangzhihe was born in Damao County, Baotou, Inner Mongolia. He received the B.S.degree in automation from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 1985, theM.S. degree in Control theory and applications (Control science andengineering) from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 1988. and He isnow a Professor in the Control Science and Engineering department.
